Eating oatmeal for breakfast will help you keep your appetite in check until lunch because it contains plenty of fiber. Fermented foods like pickles or sauerkraut have been proven to aid in appetite suppression as well as spicy foods.

Get Enough Sleep

When your body is lacking energy from lack of sleep it can start to crave sugary or fatty foods to combat low energy levels.
